Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to fill a hybrid role of Hostel Reception & Bartender. This position is a unique blend of receptionist duties and bar service, catering to our guests' needs while ensuring they have a fantastic time during their stay. We are looking for an all-rounder individual who is ready to take up any challange, also willing to do some ocasional breakfast or cleaning shifts.
Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide detailed information about hostel facilities, local attractions, and events.
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and communal spaces.

Bar Host Duties:
- Serve a variety of beverages and snacks at the hostel bar, ensuring high-quality service.
- Available for shifts finishing at 03:00 am
- Create a lively and inviting atmosphere, encouraging guests to mingle and enjoy themselves.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid working permit for the Netherlands is an abosult must
- Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in both reception and bar roles, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a genuine interest in meeting new people.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Available to start in the beginning of February or earlier
